Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt Certification Program
- Providing comprehensive, on site Greenbelt certification one day a week for fourteen weeks.
- Utilizing numerous lean tools to increase efficiency and minimize waste including Six Sigma/Lean Enterprise Approach to Improvement, Team Building/Leadership and Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Involving participants in extensive team oriented, interactive training including all levels of the organization.
- Assiting teams in developing and completing a lean project that assists in increasing organization productivity.
- Offering Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification following successful completion of the program.
- Following up Greenbelt certification with an additional seven day program including more enhanced project development and training resulting in Blackbelt certification.

Lean Training
- Providing customized, hands-on training to create an in-house team with the know-how to implement lean principles for continuous process improvement.
- Evaluating and targeting recommendations on all aspects of a company's process from concept to finished product
- Offering up to twelve lean training tools
Kaizen Coaching and Facilitation
- Following up on completed projects to ensure success and enhance results.
- Continuoisly assessing existing lean systems with Lean champions & leaders.
- Reviewing designated performance measures that should be impacted by the implementation of lean principles.
- Working with leaders and workers to identify barriers to continued implementation and assising in development of measurable solutions.
In House Lean Champions Program
- Creating customized lean leadership training programs to fit needs of organization.
- Identifying lean champions who will serve as team leaders to assist in continued implementation and success of lean principles.
- Engaging CEOs, managers, foremen and union representatives in the process, assuring buy-in through all levels of the organization.
- Evaluating leadership skills through analysis of participants skills in successfully developing and leading lean team project.
- Providing lean leader certification upon successful leadership of two projects.
Open Seminars
- Conducting a series of full-day on-campus seminars that provide a solid foundation and essential tools for implementation of lean principles.
- Providing numerous courses on a wide variety of lean techniques including, Kanban, Kaizen and Takt.
- Awarding lean certifications following completion of five courses.
