- Utilized lean training and kaizen development to enhance manufacturing processes and increase production line productivity by 13%.
- Worked with management, foremen and line workers to implement setup reduction techniques that reduced set up time by as much as 40 percent.
- Applied 5S and standardized work methods to reduce sanitation cleaning process time in one operation by 89 percent and use of storage space by 90 percent.
